We believe in you, so we offer flexible RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY.

If you are unhappy with your purchase you are always welcome to return or exchange your product/s within 10 days from the date of product received.

RETURN POLICY

  • All returns & exchange must be made within 10 days from the date of the product received
  • We will only accept unworn, unwashed products with all its original tags and packaging
  • Please return the product with its original invoice and reason for returning the product
  • Return the product with traceable courier services on our address (will be provided)
  • Customer will bear the courier charges for return
  • Once we received your return product our relevant department will inspect the product and will approve/disapprove your return within 7 days

EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. What if I need to replace the product Size?
  • If the size you ordered doesn’t fit you, simply
  • Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
  • You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (will be provided).
  • Once we receive the product, we will send the new size (depending on availability).      

please note that this process may take 1-2 working days after receiving your returned products.

  1. What if I wish to exchange the product with other product(s)?
  • If you don’t like the product you ordered and wish to exchange it for other product or products, simply
  • Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
  • You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (will be provided).
  • Once we receive the product, we will send the new products (depending on availability).     

please note that this process may take 1-2 working days after receiving your returned products.

  1. What if I wish to return the product and get my refund?
  • If you find your product unsatisfactory and wish to get a refund, send/courier us the product at our office address (will be provided).
  •  Once we receive the product our quality team will inspect the product and will confirm the product is unused, unworn, unwashed and all the tags are attached.
  • Once they approve the refund we will approve your refund and will intimate you through your contact details
  • You will be refunded by Coupon Code equal to your purchase or
  • You will be refunded your amount via available cash transfer facilities

please note that this process may take 1-2 working days after receiving approval from the quality department.
